Nights | 13-Week Contract

This Cardiac ICU opportunity places you in a specialized critical care environment in Englewood, CO, caring for high-acuity cardiac, neurological, and medical ICU patients. The unit operates with 24/7 intensivist, neuro-intensivist, and trauma surgeon coverage, providing strong physician support throughout every shift.

Shift Details

• Night shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Start date: November 16, 2026

Clinical Scope

• Patient population includes cardiac, neuro, and complex medical ICU cases
• Common procedures: intubation, central line placement, hemodynamic monitoring
• Equipment used includes cardiac monitoring systems, ventilators, IV pumps, tube feed pumps, and Swan-Ganz catheters

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current ICU hospital experience
• Active BLS and ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Colorado RN license (or compact eligibility)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with neuro or medical ICU populations
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
