Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for night shifts in a fast-paced telemetry unit. You'll care for medical and surgical patients requiring cardiac monitoring and ongoing assessment in a supportive clinical environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 13-week contract
• Start date: October 23, 2026

Requirements

• Current RN license: Permanent Ohio or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• One professional reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) from work in the past 12 months
• Willing to complete orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety testing

What to Know

• Background screening and drug screening required; no open cases or license hits accepted
• Annual competency modules may be required for extended assignments
• Contract can extend up to 18 months total, followed by a 6-month break
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
