Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse
Position Details

- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
About the Role
The facility's interventional radiology department is seeking an experienced RN to support diagnostic and interventional procedures. You'll work in a fast-paced environment providing patient care, monitoring, and procedural assistance. Some weekend coverage is required to support stress testing; no on-call shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology nursing experience
- Massachusetts RN license required
- Current AHA BLS certification
- AHA ACLS certification required
- Ability to pass telemetry competency exam
- Documented professional development activities
- Charge nurse experience preferred
Pre-Assignment Testing
You must pass two competency exams prior to your start date, administered via Zoom within 48 hours of confirmation:
- ECG/Telemetry (20 questions)
- Medications (20 questions)
Passing score is 85%; there is no opportunity for remediation or re-sit. A study guide with tips and answers will be provided.
Important Notes
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers)
- Biweekly orientation schedule
- Provide interview availability and any time-off requests at submission
- Candidates who have worked at this facility within the last six months are not eligible
