Registered Nurse – Telemetry
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care on a telemetry unit. You'll work day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze patient assessment data; develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
- Supervise and direct nursing staff; delegate appropriately
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote healing and safety
- Provide patient and family education
- Participate in discharge planning for continuity of care
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- RN licensure in California (required)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care nursing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience with electronic health records systems (required)
Position Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 36 or 48-hour weeks
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: Late October 2026
