Registered Nurse – Telemetry | Simi Valley, CA

This 13-week contract opportunity places you in a telemetry unit where you'll deliver coordinated nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The unit manages a range of acuities, including patients with cardiovascular and neurological conditions.

Shift & Schedule

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Holiday RTO will not be approved

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assess patients, analyze findings, and develop individualized care plans
• Implement interventions and evaluate progress toward patient outcomes
• Coordinate care across disciplines and communicate with patients and families
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise and delegate to nursing team members as appropriate

Required Credentials

• Active RN licensure in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification – required
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
