Night Shift RN – Telemetry

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift telemetry role. You will deliver coordinated nursing care to an assigned patient group, supervise and direct nursing staff activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, comprehensive patient care. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Shift & Contract Details

• Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (36 or 48-hour weeks available)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 26, 2026

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in California
• Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification required
• BSN preferred
• Telemetry experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze patient health data; develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry changes
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing team members appropriately
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Participate in discharge planning
• Evaluate patient progress toward care outcomes
• Maintain a safe, healing environment
