Cardiovascular Sonographer – Vascular | Sioux City, IA

This is a 13-week contract opportunity for an experienced Cardiovascular Sonographer with a full vascular skill set. The position is embedded within an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality diagnostic imaging across a broad scope of vascular procedures.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On call: one night per weekday rotation and every third weekend
• 40-hour weekly guarantee
• Holiday requirement: must work 2 of 3 (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)

Clinical Scope

• Full vascular sonography workload: renal, pre-op, pain mapping, and additional specialized studies
• Approximately 7–8 scans per day
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses may be required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular/vascular sonography experience
• Prior travel experience required
• Full vascular skill set required
• Active BLS (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted)
• Active ARDMS (RDCS/RVT) or CCI certification required
• Valid driver's license
• Discipline-specific skills checklist
• One supervisory reference completed within the last two years

• Dress code: black scrubs
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
