Medical-Surgical Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Medical-Surgical nurse to join the night shift team. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced inpatient setting, managing a diverse patient population across the medical-surgical unit.
Shift Details
- Schedule: 3 × 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 16, 2026
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
- Active RN license (Georgia or Compact state)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel nursing or per diem experience
- Chemotherapy certification
What You'll Do
Care for medical-surgical patients requiring monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and patient education. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care during night hours.
