Telehealth Nursing – Medical-Surgical
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced telehealth nurse for its remote medical-surgical monitoring program. You'll provide direct patient care and clinical assessment via telehealth platform, supporting patients across various medical-surgical conditions.
Schedule & Contract
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (AM shift)
- Hours: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hrs/week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 16, 2026
- Guaranteed Hours: Full-time commitment
Requirements
- Current RN license: Georgia or compact license (must be in hand)
- Minimum 18 months of telehealth nursing experience required
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
What You'll Do
Monitor and assess patients remotely, perform clinical evaluations, respond to patient concerns, document findings, and communicate with the clinical team. You'll manage a patient panel and provide continuity of care in a virtual care setting.
