Telehealth Nurse – Medical-Surgical
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Telehealth Nurse to provide remote patient monitoring and clinical support. You'll work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment, managing patient interactions and contributing to care decisions across a broad medical-surgical patient population.
Schedule & Contract
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (AM shift)
- Hours: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Yes
- Start Date: November 16, 2026
Requirements
- Valid Georgia or Compact Nursing License (current, in hand)
- Minimum 18 months of telehealth nursing experience
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic remote setting
- Comfort with technology and virtual patient care delivery
What You'll Do
Provide telehealth nursing services including patient assessment, monitoring, communication with clinical teams, and patient education. You'll work in a supportive virtual care environment focused on quality patient outcomes and efficient care delivery.
