Orthopedics / Telemetry RN — Night Shift | Morgantown, WV

This 13-week contract places you on an orthopedic/telemetry unit caring for patients undergoing total joint replacements, fracture repair, and related orthopedic procedures. The unit is supported by CNAs and a charge nurse available around the clock.

Shift & Schedule

• 3 × 12-hour nights | Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• Rotating holiday coverage required
• Every-other-weekend or 2 weekend shifts per schedule

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Anticipated start: October 2026

Clinical Requirements

• Strong orthopedic experience required — total joint replacement experience is mandatory, not fractures alone
• Telemetry monitoring present on unit; RNs are not required to read strips independently
• No drip titration required
• RT support and respiratory equipment available as needed

Floating

Floating to other medical/surgical units may be required as needed.

Certifications & Credentials

• BLS required
• Active RN license (facility willing to wait for licensure)
• BSN not required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemption process available)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
