Medical-Surgical Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Medical-Surgical Nurse for a 13-week contract on the night shift. You'll provide direct patient care in a med-surg unit, supporting patients across a range of post-operative and acute medical conditions.
Schedule & Requirements
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (NOC)
- Hours: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 16, 2026
- Location: Atlanta, GA
Qualifications
- Current Georgia or Compact License
- Minimum 18 months of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- AHA BLS certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required
What You'll Do
You'll deliver skilled nursing care to med-surg patients, including post-operative monitoring, wound care, pain management, and patient education. This role offers the opportunity to work nights in a supportive clinical environment while building your travel nursing experience.
