Telemetry Nurse – 90-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Telemetry Nurse for a 90-week assignment in Atlanta, GA. You'll monitor and care for patients on cardiac telemetry, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Pattern: Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Guaranteed hours
Required Qualifications
- Current Georgia or compact nursing license (in hand)
- Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
- BLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Proficiency with IV insertion and PICC line placement
Clinical Scope
You'll provide telemetry monitoring and direct patient care, managing cardiac patients and utilizing electronic health record systems. Strong assessment skills and the ability to respond quickly to patient changes are essential.
