Telemetry Registered Nurse – Travel Assignment
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing acutely ill patients.
Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- AM shift only
- Minimal weekend/call expectations (standard unit rotation)
Required Qualifications
- 18 months of active telemetry nursing experience
- Georgia or current compact license in hand
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Demonstrated competency with IV insertion and PICC line placement
Clinical Scope
You'll monitor continuous cardiac telemetry, interpret rhythms, assess vital signs, and respond to acute patient changes. The unit manages patients with cardiac conditions, post-procedure recovery, and general acute care requiring telemetry oversight.

- Guaranteed hours: 90 contract weeks
