This telemetry unit in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a day-shift contract beginning November 2026.
Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hrs/week)
- Guaranteed hours
Contract Details

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
- Active Georgia RN license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- BLS certification required
Clinical Skills
- Peripheral IV insertion
- PICC line management
- Comfortable working with cardiac monitoring and telemetry patients
Patient Population & Scope
This unit manages patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, including those with arrhythmias, chest pain, and stroke-related diagnoses. Nurses are expected to respond to changes in cardiac status and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guide patient care.
