Telemetry Nurse – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Telemetry Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. You'll provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring and managing patients with cardiac and other acute conditions.

Schedule & Hours

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (days)
• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• Guaranteed Hours: Yes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
• Current Georgia license or compact license
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification

Core Competencies & Skills

• IV insertion
• PICC line placement
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Ability to monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Strong assessment and communication skills

What to Expect

You'll work alongside a dedicated clinical team in a fast-paced telemetry environment. Patient assignments may include post-operative recovery, acute cardiac patients, and other monitored populations requiring continuous observation and skilled interventions.
