Telemetry Nursing – 12-Hour Day Shifts

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced telemetry nurse for a 13-week contract. You'll work three 12-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), totaling 36 hours weekly, with guaranteed hours throughout your assignment.

Clinical Scope

You'll provide direct patient care on a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing patients with various cardiovascular and medical conditions. Responsibilities include IV insertion, PICC line placement, and comprehensive telemetry monitoring.

Requirements

• Current Georgia or compact nursing license
• 18 months of telemetry experience
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Proficiency with IV insertion and PICC line placement
