Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Telemetry Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment working day shifts in a cardiac monitoring unit.
Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Day shift only
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
- Georgia or compact state RN license (active, in hand)
- NIHSS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Demonstrated competency with IV insertion and PICC line placement
Clinical Environment
You'll provide care to patients on continuous cardiac monitoring, managing arrhythmia detection, patient assessment, and telemetry-based interventions. This is a steady day-shift role with no call, weekend rotation, or float expectations.
