Telemetry Nurse – Travel Assignment
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Telemetry Nurse for a 90-week contract assignment. You'll provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring and managing patients with cardiac and other monitored conditions.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Hours: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Guaranteed hours throughout the contract
Requirements
- Current RN license: Georgia or compact state license in hand
- 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
- NIHSS certification required
- BLS certification current
- Demonstrated competency with IV insertion and PICC line placement
Clinical Environment
You'll work in a telemetry unit managing monitored patients with cardiac and related conditions. The role includes standard patient assessments, medication administration, and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
