Telemetry Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Telemetry Nurse for a 90-week travel contract on the night shift. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to expand their clinical practice in a fast-paced telemetry environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• 90-week contract

Requirements

• 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
• Georgia or compact license (active and in hand)
• NIHSS certification (required)
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with IV insertion and PICC line placement

Clinical Scope

You will provide direct patient care in telemetry, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing patients on continuous heart rate and rhythm surveillance. Duties include IV insertion, PICC line placement, patient assessment, and coordinated care with the interdisciplinary team.
