Medical-Surgical Nurse – Peri-Dialysis Focus
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced Medical-Surgical nurse with strong peri-dialysis expertise to join the team on a 13-week contract in Atlanta, GA.
Shift & Schedule
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- AM shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Guaranteed hours
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of Med-Surg nursing experience
- Strong peri-dialysis experience required
- NIHSS certification required
What You'll Do
You'll provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting with a focus on peri-dialysis nursing. This role combines acute care nursing skills with specialized dialysis-related patient management, including pre- and post-dialysis assessment, vascular access care, and patient education.
