Shift & Duration
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 13-week contract | 36 guaranteed hours per week
About the Role
Join a high-acuity neonatal ICU caring for critically ill newborns and infants. You'll manage complex cases in a fast-paced environment, including:
- Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and therapeutic hypothermia
- Very low birth weight (VLBW) and extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants
- Congenital diaphragmatic hernia and congenital heart disease
- Surgical neonates, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, arrhythmias, and renal failure
- Patient age range: newborn through 1 year old; occasional patients over 1 year
Patient Ratios
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
- Current RN license (Nursys verification required)
- PALS certification
- Standard health screening and background check
Onboarding
You'll complete skills assessment, core competencies evaluation, and unit-specific orientation prior to your first shift.
