RN – Night Shift | Medical-Surgical Unit
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse for its medical-surgical unit, working 3 night shifts per week from 6 PM to 6 AM. This is a 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours weekly. On-call availability may be required.
About the Role
You'll provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit, managing a diverse patient population across varying acuity levels. Your responsibilities will include assessment, treatment, patient education, and coordination of care in a collaborative nursing environment.
Requirements
- Current Colorado RN license (required)
- Two years of relevant nursing experience (preferred)
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS and PALS required upon hire or within 6 months
- Specialty certification in relevant areas preferred
