Med Surg Tele

Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN — Night Shift | Rochester, NY

This 16-week contract places you on a busy Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit, managing a diverse acute-care patient population with telemetry monitoring needs. Night shift hours run 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with 36- or 48-hour weekly schedules available.

Schedule & Expectations

• 12-hour night shifts (7P–7A)
• One weekend shift per week, or two weekend shifts every other weekend
• At least one holiday shift required per contract
• Must be flexible to meet unit scheduling needs; block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed
• Float to other units may be required

Charge Nurse

Charge experience is preferred but not required — training is available for qualified candidates willing to take on the role.

Requirements

• Active New York RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital experience, including at least 1 recent year in Med/Surg or Telemetry
• Non-U.S. candidates must have 2 years of U.S. work history
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
