Emergency Room Registered Nurse — Night Shift | Enid, OK

Contract: 13 weeks | Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three 12-hour nights per week | Rotating weekends (every other)

Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility.

About the Unit

This is a fast-paced Emergency Department managing a broad and diverse patient population — from urgent care and psychiatric patients to pediatric and critical care/trauma cases. ED nurses are expected to demonstrate strong critical care competencies, including medication titration, arterial line management, mass transfusion protocols, and chest tube management. The role demands the ability to coordinate and deliver care to patients with complex nursing needs while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma
  • Minimum 3 years of emergency department experience
  • Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC
  • Familiarity with electronic health record documentation (experience with this system is required)
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  • BSN highly desired

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

This position is well-suited for an experienced ER nurse who thrives in a high-acuity, high-volume environment and is comfortable managing a wide range of patient presentations independently.
