Night Charge RN – Labor & Delivery

Position Overview

The facility's Family Birth Place is seeking an experienced Charge RN for the night shift. You'll lead a dynamic L&D team managing approximately 80 deliveries per month, caring for babies 32 weeks and up. This role encompasses labor & delivery, OR, PACU, and postpartum care with an emphasis on couplet care and evidence-based practice.

Shift & Schedule

  • 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends
  • Call rotation: typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks (subject to change)
  • 13-week contract
  • Start date: October 2, 2026

Required Qualifications

  • Current Colorado RN license (or compact license in good standing)
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • STABLE certification
  • Flu vaccine required October 1 – April 1
  • Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility (RADIUS requirement)
  • Colorado CCU registration/credential processing may take up to two weeks
