Med Surg Tele

Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN — Night Shift | Rochester, NY

This 16-week travel assignment places you on a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit working nights in Rochester, NY. The unit manages a general medical-telemetry patient population requiring continuous cardiac monitoring alongside standard acute care needs.

Shift & Scheduling

• 12-hour nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 or 48 hours available per week
• Weekend requirement: 1 shift per weekend, or 2 shifts every other weekend
• At least 1 holiday worked per contract
• Block scheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed

Float & Charge

• Float to other units required based on facility need
• Charge nurse experience requested but not required; training available

Requirements

• Active New York RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital experience, including at least 1 recent year in Med/Surg or Telemetry
• Non-U.S. candidates must have 2 years of U.S. clinical work history
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
