Certified Surgical Technologist – Operating Room

The facility's Operating Room seeks an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a busy perioperative team. You'll primarily support Spine procedures while maintaining the flexibility to scrub across multiple surgical specialties as departmental needs arise.

The Role

Provide scrub support with strong sterile technique and anticipation of surgeon needs. You'll prepare and organize instrumentation, collaborate with the surgical team, and ensure safe, efficient patient care across a range of procedures including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Robotics, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry. Cardiovascular cases are excluded from this assignment.

Schedule & Call

• Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week
• Hours: 6:45 AM–5:15 PM
• Rotating call required
• Holiday call required

Requirements

• Current CST license/certification with verification
• Proficiency scrubbing a broad range of surgical specialties
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity environments
• Compliance with facility health history and immunization requirements

• 13-week assignment

• 40 guaranteed hours per week
