Travel RN – NICU | Plano, TX

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Contract Duration: 13 weeks | Start Date: September 14, 2026

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

This NICU position supports a Level II–III unit caring for a broad range of neonatal patients, including micropreemies, infants requiring respiratory support, and those undergoing surgical intervention (excluding cardiac and neurosurgical cases). The unit operates at high acuity with strong multidisciplinary teamwork.

Clinical Scope & Procedures:

• Micropreemie care
• Respiratory support (HFOV, conventional ventilation, CPAP, NIPPV)
• Central line management
• Ostomy care
• Surgical support (non-cardiac, non-neurosurgical)

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Level II–III NICU experience required; Level III–IV experience preferred
• Active BLS and NRP certifications required
• Strong teamwork orientation essential

Schedule & Float:

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 4 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period
• No on-call requirements
• Float to Nursery as needed
