Night Shift Med-Surg Tele Nurse – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly
- Minimal time off; all time off must be identified at time of submission
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts RN license
- BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications
- Demonstrated experience managing boarding patients in the ED
- Day 1 telemetry competency testing required (pass practice tests within 2 attempts during onboarding)
- Must have been separated from current employer for 6+ months and in good standing
- Travel candidate only; no local applicants (within 50 miles) considered
What to Expect
- Weekly onboarding; any color scrubs
- No float requirement
- Fast-paced ED environment
- Telemetry monitoring and boarding patient protocols
