Operating Room Surgical Scrub/Circulate – 12-Hour Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced OR surgical scrub and/or circulating nurse for a 13-week contract on the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You'll work in a high-acuity surgical environment supporting a diverse range of complex procedures.

Unit & Clinical Scope

You'll be based primarily in the operating room suite, which manages inpatient trauma surgery and a wide variety of complex cases including:

• Neurosurgery and spine procedures
• Orthopedic trauma
• Kidney and liver transplants
• Robotic surgery
• General surgery, bariatric, and ENT (head & neck)
• GYN and urology
• Organ procurement
• Major plastic reconstruction

Requirements

• Current MA surgical nurse license and BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience in neuro, orthopedic trauma, and kidney transplant cases
• Ability to scrub and/or circulate independently
• Comfortable with robotics, transplant, spine, and trauma procedures
• Willingness to work weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Must have been separated from the facility for at least six months

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excludes on-call)
• No call required
• Orientation: Weekly, Mondays
• Start Date: October 26, 2026 (4 weeks for compliance clearance)
• Parking: Up to $43/day
