Emergency Department RN — Night Shift | Keene, NH

Contract: 13 weeks | Start Date: October 26, 2026

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour nights) | 48 hours/week

About the Role

This Emergency Department RN position serves a broad patient population from newborns through geriatrics in a newly renovated ED. Clinicians must be comfortable managing drips and ventilated patients and thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring quick adaptation and strong communication skills.

Care delivery is highly collaborative — ED nurses work closely with pre-hospital crews, paramedics, and in-hospital clinical teams. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset are essential.

Schedule Details

• Night shifts, every other weekend required
• Holidays required as needed; travelers must commit to working two of the following holiday blocks if scheduled:
• Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after, and that weekend
• Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and that weekend
• New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and that weekend
• Maximum 5 days of requested time off; all RTO must be submitted at the time of application

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of current ED experience (more preferred)
• Minimum 3 months of prior travel nursing experience
• New Hampshire RN license or compact license (must be active at submission)
• AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all active and required)
• Must have personal transportation
• BSN preferred

• Professional scrubs required; no logos
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
• All medical/compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance
• This assignment cannot be worked concurrently with another travel or permanent placement
