Vascular Ultrasound Technologist

Position Overview

The facility seeks a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to join the Vascular Department on a 13-week contract. You'll perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging studies across all patient populations, ages, and medical conditions under physician direction.

Schedule

• 5 × 8-hour shifts per week
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Days only
• No call required
• 40 guaranteed hours weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies following established protocols and physician orders
• Ensure image quality and accuracy; document findings thoroughly
• Deliver patient-centered care while maintaining clinical standards

Required Qualifications

• ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) – RVT certification (REQUIRED)
• Current BLS certification
• Valid license to practice in New York State

Travel

• Available to candidates within a 75-mile radius
• Local candidates welcome; local rate applies
