Medical/Telemetry RN – Nights | Rochester, NY | 16-Week Contract

This is an opportunity to join a newly opened Medical/Telemetry unit providing care across a range of acute medical and cardiac monitoring needs. The unit supports patients requiring telemetry monitoring alongside general medical management, offering a fast-paced and clinically engaging environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• 1 weekend shift per week, or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend
• At least 1 holiday shift required per contract

Contract Details

• Duration: 16 weeks
• Start date: October 27, 2026
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Clinical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital experience
• At least 1 recent year in Med/Surg or Telemetry
• Non-U.S. candidates must have 2 years of U.S. work history

Licenses & Certifications

• Active New York RN license required
• AHA BLS required
• Charge nurse experience preferred but not required

Additional Expectations

• Flexibility to meet unit scheduling needs; block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed
• Float to other units as needed
