Med/Surg Telemetry | Travel RN | Rochester, NY

This 16-week night shift contract places you on a newly opened Med/Surg Telemetry unit caring for adult medical and telemetry patients across a range of acuity levels. The unit provides an opportunity to join a fresh team environment from the ground up.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• 1 weekend shift per week, or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend
• At least 1 holiday worked per contract required

Contract Details

• Duration: 16 weeks
• Start Date: October 27, 2026
• Location: Rochester, NY
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Float to other units required as needed
• Block scheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed

Required Qualifications

• Active New York RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital experience, including at least 1 recent year in Med/Surg or Telemetry
• Non-U.S. candidates must have 2 years of U.S. work history

Additional Notes

• Charge nurse experience is preferred but not required
• Schedule flexibility is expected based on unit needs
