Medical/Telemetry RN — Travel Contract | Rochester, NY

This is an opening on a newly established Medical/Telemetry unit, offering an opportunity to help shape the culture and workflows of a growing team from the ground up.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• 1 weekend shift per week, or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend
• Minimum of 1 holiday worked per contract term
• Schedule flexibility is required to meet unit needs; block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed

Contract Details

• Duration: 16 weeks
• Start date: Late October 2026
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Clinical Scope

• Med/Surg Telemetry patient population
• Float to other units required as needed
• Charge nurse experience preferred, though not required

Requirements

• Active New York RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital experience, including at least 1 recent year in a Med/Surg or Telemetry setting
• Non-U.S. candidates must have 2 years of U.S. clinical work history
