Med Surg Tele

Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Nights | Rochester, NY | 16-Week Contract

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new Med/Tele unit from the ground up. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of building something new, this role is worth a close look.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• 1 weekend shift per week, or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend
• At least 1 holiday required per contract

Unit Details

• Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry
• Setting: Newly opened unit
• Float to other units required based on facility needs
• Charge nurse experience is a plus, but not required

Contract Details

• Duration: 16 weeks
• Start Date: October 27, 2026
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Block scheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed

Required Qualifications

• Active New York RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital experience
• At least 1 recent year in Med/Surg or Telemetry
• Non-U.S. candidates must have 2 years of U.S. work history
