Registered Respiratory Therapist – Emergency Department

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for its Emergency Department. This is a night shift position providing critical respiratory care to acute and emergent patients.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3 days per week (12-hour shifts)
• Weekends: As needed
• Float: May float to other facility locations as assigned
• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: October 19, 2026

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT
• Active NBRC certification (in hand at submission)
• Active BLS certification (in hand at submission)
• Valid Ohio RRT license (in hand at submission)
• Two professional references from a manager, supervisor, or director (from assignments in the past 12 months)
• Negative 10-panel drug screen with nicotine test (within 12 months of start)
• Clean background; no license hits
• Nicotine-free status required (no exceptions)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions available)
