CT Technologist – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week day shift assignment. You'll perform a full range of CT imaging studies in a fast-paced clinical environment serving diverse patient populations.

Shift & Schedule

• Day shift: 3 x 12-hour blocks (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Start: ASAP (approximately 3–4 weeks from offer)
• Orientation: Every other Tuesday
• One pre-approved time-off period available during contract

Requirements

• ARRT certification and valid WV or compact license required
• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience (no first-time travelers)
• BLS certification (through American Heart Association)
• Two professional references (manager or charge-level, within past 2 years)
• Permanent address within 75 miles of the facility (75–100 miles considered case-by-case)

Clinical Scope

You will perform CT imaging including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, and trauma studies with and without contrast. Duties include 3D rendering techniques, biopsies, drainage procedures, IV starts, and venipuncture. You'll work with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across acute care, outpatient, ED, ICU, and trauma settings. Strong knowledge of radiation safety, contrast preparation, and isolation precautions required.
