Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse — Night Shift | Atlanta, GA

This 13-week travel assignment places you on a Medical/Surgical unit serving a diverse adult patient population. The unit manages general med/surg cases alongside overflow oncology patients and a significant proportion of socially complex patients — individuals who no longer have acute medical necessity but are awaiting placement or community support services.

Shift Details

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3x12-hour shifts per week
• 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• No requested time off (RTO)

Clinical Scope

• General medical/surgical diagnoses
• Overflow oncology
• Socially complex patient population requiring care coordination and discharge planning support

Requirements

• Active RN license (Nursys verification required)
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical RN experience
• Proficiency with electronic health record charting (experience with electronic charting systems required)
• Current certification card
• Skills checklist
• Resume/work history with no employment gaps exceeding 60 days
• Professional references
