Orthopedic Surgery – Operating Room

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced orthopedic surgical technologist for its operating room. You'll support orthopedic procedures in a fast-paced surgical environment, working alongside experienced surgeons and perioperative teams.

Schedule & Contract

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Hours: 40 hours per week (5 × 8-hour shifts)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Yes
• Start Date: October 19, 2026

Requirements

• Strong orthopedic surgical skills and experience
• Current certification (CNOR, CST, or equivalent per state requirements)
• Proficiency in orthopedic instrumentation and case setup
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive surgical team

What You'll Do

Prepare instruments and equipment, anticipate surgeon needs, maintain sterile technique, manage specimens, and ensure efficient case flow. You'll handle a variety of orthopedic cases, from routine joint procedures to complex reconstructions.
