Operating Room RN Circulator | Fort Worth, TX | 13-Week Contract
This surgical facility's OR team focuses on orthopedic, plastics, and podiatric procedures in a specialized surgical environment. The unit operates on day shift (06:30–19:00) with a collaborative, experienced team that has strong tenure in surgical services.
Schedule
- Day shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- 6–7 days per month plus 1 weekend per month
- Flexible scheduling: 3×12-hour or 4×10-hour shifts
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- 4–5 call days required per month
Floating
Staff may be shared between two campus locations within the surgical services network.
Typical Procedures
- Total joint replacements, hip replacements
- Tibia/fibula, ankle, foot, and mid-foot surgeries
- Plastics: breast reduction, tissue expansion, and DIEP flap reconstruction
- Robotic-assisted surgical cases
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active RN license
- OR Circulator experience: patient positioning, surgical prep, and intraoperative equipment monitoring
- Minimum 3 years of OR circulating experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to take trauma call at the primary campus
- Positive, hardworking attitude and team-oriented mindset
Certifications
- BLS required; CNOR preferred
