Cardiovascular ICU — Travel Nurse (RN)

Little Rock, AR | Nights | 12-Week Contract

This cardiovascular intensive care unit operates a high-acuity, fast-paced CV service line covering the full spectrum of cardiac conditions and procedures — everything except transplants. Strong cardiac nursing experience is essential to succeed in this environment.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week

Contract Details

• Duration: 12 weeks
• Start date: October 12, 2026
• Cancellation policy: Up to 4 shifts may be cancelled per 13-week assignment (3 shifts for shorter assignments)

Required Certifications

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS
• NIHSS

Clinical Requirements

• Strong cardiovascular/cardiac nursing background required
• BSN not required
• Valid RN license required at time of submission

What to Expect

This unit manages complex, high-acuity cardiac patients in a demanding, high-volume environment. Candidates should be comfortable with critical cardiovascular care and prepared for a fast-moving unit where clinical expertise is put to use every shift.
