Cardiac Catheterization Lab Radiologic Technologist
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist to join its interventional cardiology team. You'll support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a fast-paced, specialized environment.
Schedule & Contract
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (8 hours)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- On-Call: Minimum 10 days per month
- Travel Radius: 60-mile radius required
- Guaranteed Hours: 91 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Current California Department of Health Services (CRT) certification
- American Registry of Radiologist Technologists (ARRT) certification
- ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- RCIS certification is optional
What You'll Do
Operate radiographic equipment during cardiac catheterizations, angiograms, and interventional procedures. You'll position patients, manage imaging protocols, monitor equipment, and ensure optimal image quality while maintaining strict safety and sterility standards. Close collaboration with interventional cardiologists and nursing staff is essential.
