Multi-Modality CT / Nuclear Medicine Technologist — Travel Assignment
Los Angeles, CA | Day Shift | 13-Week Contract
This outpatient oncology-focused imaging department is seeking an experienced Multi-Modality CT/Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week day shift assignment. The department serves a primarily adult and geriatric oncology population, averaging approximately 40 imaging visits per day.
Shift Details
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
- No on-call required; no weekend requirement
Clinical Scope
You will perform a broad range of Nuclear Medicine and CT procedures, including:
- Diagnostic CT and CT-guided procedures
- DEXA scans
- PET scans, HIDA scans, MUGA scans, bone scans, and 3-phase studies
- Gastric emptying, Sestamibi parathyroid, and whole-body scans
- IV placement and maintenance; venous blood draws
- Proper storage, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials
Floating flexibility is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of CT and Nuclear Medicine experience
- Active certifications: ARRT (N), ARRT (CT), CNMT or NMTCB, BLS, Fluoroscopy Permit
- Diploma or technical certificate from an accredited program
- Active California license in hand at time of submission (no temporary licenses accepted)

Additional Requirements
- Flu vaccination required — no declinations or exemptions
- Two supervisory references from within the past year required at submission
- No requested time off during the first two weeks of assignment; maximum 7 days RTO per contract
