Position Overview

The facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment beginning late September 2026.

Schedule & Hours

• Three 12-hour rotating shifts per week
• 36 guaranteed hours to start
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs

Contract Details

• 13-week initial assignment with potential for extension up to 91 weeks
• Start as soon as possible

What You'll Do

You'll deliver occupational therapy services across the facility's patient populations, focusing on functional independence, rehabilitation, and quality-of-life outcomes. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

• Current OT license (state-specific)
• OTR/L certification required
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
• Valid driver's license preferred
