Occupational Therapist – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in a post-the facility care setting. This role offers flexibility and immediate opportunity to join a clinical team dedicated to patient rehabilitation and functional recovery.

Schedule & Hours

• Three 12-hour rotating shifts per week
• Weekend schedule included in rotation
• Guaranteed 30 hours minimum per week
• Start date: September 30, 2026

What You'll Do

You'll deliver occupational therapy services in a post-the facility environment, conducting functional assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to help patients regain independence in activities of daily living. Your work will support patients across various diagnoses and recovery stages.

Requirements

• Valid OT license (state-specific)
• OT Certification (NBCOT) preferred
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including weekends
• Strong communication and documentation skills
