Assignment Overview

The facility is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week contract in an acute care setting. This role offers a blend of outpatient and inpatient work with predictable scheduling and minimal on-call demands.

Schedule & Hours

• Days: Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Saturday shifts are inpatient-only and typically 2.5 hours
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• First to float; every other weekend (EOW) off

Clinical Scope

• 90% outpatient care, 10% inpatient care
• Work in an acute care environment supporting patient rehabilitation and mobility goals

Requirements

• Valid state license (willing to wait for reciprocity)
• BLS Certification
• BSN not required

Additional Details

• Dress code: Solid color polo shirt with black pants
• Cancellation policy: Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts during this 13-week assignment
• Start date: October 26, 2026
