Registered Nurse – Adolescent Recovery, Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility operates a specialized in-hospital residential treatment center serving adolescents ages 15–18 who are working through addiction recovery and addressing mental health needs. You'll join a dedicated team providing 24/7 nursing care in this clinical setting.
The Role
As a night shift RN, you'll work three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with rotating weekends. Your responsibilities include:
- Direct patient care for adolescents in early recovery
- Psychiatric and medical assessment and monitoring
- Medication administration and documentation
- Participation in therapeutic recreation activities with clients
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary treatment teams
Requirements
- Current Colorado RN License (DORA)
- Minimum 2 years RN experience in Adolescent Psychiatry or Addiction nursing
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Fingerprint-based national criminal background check (completed within last 30 days)
- Current flu vaccine (no exemptions)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with flexible scheduling
- Willingness to engage in recreational activities with clients
CAC (Certified Addiction Counselor) certification is a plus.
Contract Details
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start: November 3, 2026
- Schedule: Night shift with rotating weekends
