OB/GYN Nurse – Outpatient Clinic

Position Overview

The facility's OB/GYN department is seeking an experienced RN to join a dynamic outpatient clinic team. You'll work across multiple specialty services in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting comprehensive women's health care.

Shift & Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, variable start times (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Monday–Friday; no weekends, holidays, or call
• 13-week contract

Clinical Scope

The department provides antenatal care, prenatal services (including maternal fetal medicine), gynecological procedures, reproductive endocrinology, GYN oncology, and general gynecology. You'll conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, perform clinical interventions, and coordinate care for patients and families across these services. The clinic manages high patient volumes (305+ daily) with approximately 75% requiring RN support.

Requirements

• Current RN license (MA)
• 2+ years outpatient OB/GYN experience
• BLS certification
• AWHONN fetal monitoring certificate
• ACLS certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Women's health telephone experience
• Labor & Delivery background
